Business and prospect information
MSPClients identifies business opportunities for Managed Service Providers. The service may process company information and professional contact data such as a person’s name, job title, employer, business email, business phone number, LinkedIn profile, company website, location, and publicly available business activity. It may also create signal summaries, interpretations, and opportunity scores from that information.
3. Where information comes from
We may receive information:
- Directly from you, including through account setup, support, billing, and demos.
- From authentication providers when you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in.
- From service providers involved in payments, scheduling, security, analytics, communications, enrichment, and hosting.
- From publicly available sources such as company websites, professional profiles, job postings, press releases, news sources, public records, and business directories.
- From licensed business-data providers and our customers, where permitted by law and contract.
- Automatically when you use the website or application.
4. How and why we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and secure MSPClients.
- Create and rank business opportunities based on customer fit, signal strength, recency, and likely service needs.
- Find relevant business contacts and suggest outreach approaches or draft messages.
- Process subscriptions, prevent fraud, and manage billing.
- Send service notices, requested alerts, support responses, and product communications.
- Measure performance, troubleshoot problems, and improve the product.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, prospects, MSPClients, and others.
Where applicable, our legal bases include performing a contract with you, pursuing legitimate business interests, complying with legal obligations, and consent. Our legitimate interests include operating and improving a B2B sales-intelligence service, keeping it secure, and helping customers identify relevant business opportunities.
Opportunity scores and recommendations help users prioritize research and outreach. They are not intended to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual.
6. Retention, international transfers, and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The retention period depends on the type of information, the length of our relationship, customer instructions, security needs, legal requirements, and whether the information remains accurate and useful. Billing and transaction records may be kept longer where tax, accounting, or legal rules require it. Information may remain in protected backups for a limited period after deletion.
MSPClients and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee complete security, so you should use a strong password, protect your account, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or a copy of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, and obtain information about how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared, as well as the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Business contacts and prospects may request that we correct or remove their professional contact information from MSPClients. To make a request, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

10. Relationship to our Terms
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this policy describes our privacy practices and does not create contractual rights or obligations beyond those required by applicable law.
